Yes, information submitted through our shopping cart is stored on our server. We use Paypal as our authorized payment processor. This ensures the highest level of security for you and keeps your credit card details safe. At no point do we receive your credit card details. Some information is retained, like your name and address, ship date and transaction number for customer service concerns.

Our shopping cart uses 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. Our goal is to produce quality products for a reasonable price. We have put our customers first and they have rewarded us with their business. A great product and excellent service are important, but we understand that price is an important part of the package. If you find a comparable product at a better price just email or call us. We would be pleased to match prices with any US retailer marketing a like product and have you as a customer. We will continue to offer premium products for less than it would cost you to make them yourself. Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricing (MSRP) and other pricing is subject to change without notice.
Basic Shipping Rates
It is our intention to charge only for actual shipping costs at this time . Each product has a weight associated with it. Our shopping cart will obtain actual costs for you and offer you a selection to choose from. For more info on shipping cost go to ups.com, fedex.com or usps.com. We ship world wide--go to usps.com for rates. These rates are approximate, rates can vary by location and type of delivery ( residential or business )
Returns and Replacements
- We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products for any reason, return it for a full refund or exchange with the following exceptions:
- If the product is damaged during shipping or we shipped the wrong product. We will replace all damaged or incorrect orders, free of charge. Call (805) 579-9776 or email sales@odysseykitchens.com
- Contact us before returning any product for a Return Authorization number. Return all incorrect or damaged orders using our UPS shipping number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number and explanation/description of the problem or difficulty. No COD returns will be accepted.
