Initial Client Profile

We would like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve your marketing and public relations needs. We work very closely with our clients and take a great deal of pride in our work.

Our suggestions and ideas are aimed at being cost effective and providing maximum penetration into the marketplace. We place value on the knowledge we possess and the ideas that are generated while in consultation with you, our client.

This overview constitutes a CLIENT CONSULTATION AGREEMENT and is intended to familiarize you with our policies regarding our business practices. This is so that we each know what to expect from each other.

FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS (TERMS)

Payment for additional consultation time is expected at the conclusion of your appointment. Stephen W. Gangey & Associates welcomes the establishment of RETAINER ACCOUNTS. This arrangement provides our clients with maximum utilization of their allowable budget for business promotion. "Start Up" projects require 50% down of the estimate with balance due upon completion. An estimate is a best guess approximation and not a quote.

INTRODUCTORY MEETING & INITIAL INTERVIEW

You have established an appointment and we have set aside a ½ hour at no charge to you. This time will provide you an opportunity to see some examples of our work and to share your goals with us. If you previously met with a representative from our firm or should this meeting exceed a ½ hour it is then considered a Consultation Meeting and your costs are at the prevailing rates described in "Consulting Services".

CONSULTING SERVICES

Consulting fees are $60.00 per hour. Initial appointments exceeding the complimentary 30-minutes (½ hour) will be charged $30.00 for the first half hour, and then convert to 6-minute units at the prevailing rate of $6.00 per unit thereafter.
