Built in 1965 by Baldwin Piano, this Howard Spinet (serial number 90617) has always been on an inside wall of a home in Southern California. The sound from this instrument rivals Grand Pianos because of its cherry wood mahogany sound board.  Finish shows normal wear and it will love the TLC of a piano tuner once you place it in your home.
